You say “We will continue to offer you the best professional Energy Efficiency Measure (EEM) installation service in the UK” - so does that mean that Steve will finally act on his repeatedly failed promises to get my insulation work finished to the standard that you falsely claimed has been done? Even your own paperwork proves that you didn’t… insulate up to current spec.

I have been told 5 times you will deal with it. Still waiting several months later. Pretty poor, don’t you think? Steve has my number and numerous messages from me. Come on, just get this sorted

We were sold a free cavity wall insulation service, promoted apparently by Derby City Council for large 15-20 year homes to reduce emissions. At no time did the salesman or the surveyor warn us that the service actually requires dozens of 22mm wide holes drilled every few bricks the height and width of every external wall of your home. No one told us that the workmen obviously cannot guarantee to blend the make good mortar perfectly nor that many bricks won't be chipped or cracked during the process. Had I not asked them to leave before they started, they would have defaced my relatively new home

I could say that I can definitely recommend this company. About a month a go we were changing boiler. the engineers were very professional and thay did the best to mak sure that in cold whether by the end of the day we have a fully running boiler,as we have 2 small children.

Great service today. The guys were polite and cheerful and completed the job very quickly on one of the hottest days of the year 👍 The company also sorted out all the finance as I was able to claim the work through the government scheme.
