PSC was the main contractor who oversaw our large extension at our home in Dulwich. They worked seamlessly with the architect to find solutions to the complications of any build. The team were always hardworking and trustworthy they even looked after our cat when we were away! I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team.

PSC were recommended by our architect to build our new studio, 100 M2. They demolished the existing interior and build new walls, soundproof ceiling, levelled the floor, installed all electrics, painted and decorated. All in budget and completed before the agreed time. Extra costs were agreed in advance. Paul is a good communicator, professional and reliable. Will recommend PSC as good builders.

Paul is a delight. He helped plan, build and manage our beautiful extension. Our project was finished on time and within budget. Paul is a very positive force with a can do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. His workmen built and finished our extension to a very high standard. It was done around 10 years ago and we have had no issues. He is very knowledgeable about where to source materials. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his team - thanks for a fantastic job well done.

PSC Building LTD did a garage, utility room and study conversion for us. We were immensely impressed with the service that we received and they were very professional. They provided very helpful suggestions all along and progressed with the work well and completed it on time and to planned cost. We are very happy with the end product and would highly recommend them. They gave us good advice on options with the materials used and the team were very polite at all times.

We recently bought and needed to do some renovations before arrival of a new baby. Paul and team were very professional, responsive, polite and tidy. They made an opening in a load bearing wall and redecorated throughout the house to a very high standard. All requests were considered carefully, discussions were useful and clear and agreed actions executed flawIessly. We were so impressed by their efficiency and the results we immediately booked him for more work in the rest of the house. The attention to detail is a particular strength and so hes a real pleasure to work with.
