We had patio doors fitted in 2016 with a 10 year guarantee. One of the doors are fogging over and I have sent them many photos for them to view and I never get any response from them. I have phoned them and they say email us at service etc but still know response. Also been to the yard behind the vine at ower, still no response. I am quite aware that my guarantee will run out soon but I just want some kind of feedback. If they say the company has change since I had them fitted then I will accept it as I know it does happen.q

Briliant Service and Aftercare. Nothing is too much trouble. Had an issue many years afterwards and it wasn't a problem for them. Came out and fixed in a timely matter. Perfect. Would use Conservatory Village time and time again and recommend to friends and family.

Mike and I would like to extend our gratitude for the superb work yourself and your ‘band of merry men’ have done for our project. You did us an enormous favour by taking on all the build work as well as the conservatory for us which made for a seamless schedule, that brings us to completion prior to Christmas as you originally promised! We tried… the big providers of modern glass extensions and were severely put off by their sales patter. As soon as Chris came round we felt at ease and confident that we would have what we wanted. Meeting Simon our PM also settled any nerves
