Absolutely shocking company. We had a locksmith attend at 7.00pm and we were charged 550.00 for them to smash the lock (see photo attached)
After speaking with a member of staff at the company to understand why the price was so high. His reply to me on where the cost of this lies was 'its goes into my bank account' he then followed up with you seem to know a lot about locks if you think this is overpriced why don't you have a job with us.
Disgraceful customer service and stupidly overpriced.
