With over 30 years experience within construction Gregory will ensure that your first home, garden room, extension or business premises will be completed to the highest standard. Gregory served his apprenticeship with Gribbin House, the first Timber Frame home developer within Northern Ireland.
During this time he contributed to the building of innovative and efficient homes thus setting a new precedent for quality and affordability. Gregory is also a former director of Setanta construction company which specialised in timber frame houses. Gregory has earned an excellent reputation for his high quality craftsmanship.
He featured on UTV's 'Improve Your Home show' for one of his flagship projects in Bellaghy. Also in his portfolio is an award winning development, entitled 'The Clachan' within Magherafelt. At Gar-den rooms NI, we offer a wide range of living, storage and business solutions.

Our garden office pods ensure no commuting to work and although close to family, they provide an excellent space without distraction. Our home studios are perfect for hairdressing and beauty salons. We have also completed pods for commercial premises such as car show rooms. Wheelchair access is not a problem.
