Disastrous end of tenancy cleaning : The most unprofessional, non-customer centric company - using them will ensure that you have to pay another company to do the clean again. Flat cleaning London did my end of tenancy cleaning on Sunday 13 June. They insisted on my paying the 250 pounds up front before the cleaning commenced. They were booked to come out to me at 1.30pm on Sunday and I was told that they would send multiple cleaners to get my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat cleaned with a professional carpet clean included. I must add that the property is in generally excellent condition so I am not

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - STAFF ARE THIEFS
Two cleaners attended to clean my kitchen only. I left the flat for 10 mins, and the two cleaners rifled through my flat. The found a valuable item in a bedroom (not a room they should have ever been in) and stole it. Police are investigating the theft. Upon confronting the cleaning company, they blocked my number and will not answer to me

If it wasn't for the high-quality carpet cleaning services of this company, I wouldn't have been able to own a carpet which looks as good as a brand new one. Thanks to the suggestions of a friend I decided to try the carpet cleaning service of this company. The end result of the professional service was amazing and I couldn't believe that I didn't have to buy a new carpet and at the same time I still enjoyed one which looked spotless and beautiful. The cleaner who carried out the cleaning service was a true professional who knew how to tackle even the toughest stains with ease and this really

Cleaning was cheap but it was not up to standard. My flatmates and I need to rebook a cleaning service from another cleaning company as a result for our end-of-tenancy cleaning. There was no refund policy too on their terms and conditions.

Since I am a single mum who works full time, I have a difficult time with the housekeeping chores in my home and I often can't clean every corner of my home properly. This i why I looked for the help of a professional cleaning company. My sister recommended I give this company a call and I decided to trust her. A could of weeks ago I contacted this company and booked their one-off house cleaning service. The cleaner who came to my home was very friendly and she was right on time. I have tried cleaning services before but this was the first time the professional cleaner asked me about my preferences

A very poor 'deep' clean and aggressive staff who were unwilling to discuss my concerns. I would not recommend.

I wouldn't have ever enjoyed such a beautiful and neat look for my house if it wasn't for the amazing cleaning staff of this company. After trying a few of their cleaning services, I was convinced that I could never entrust my home to another company's care. This is why I hired the regular cleaning service of this company. Now I know that after every cleaning session, my home will be spotless and well-protected from bacteria. Thanks to the highly qualified cleaners and their amazing skills, every corner of my house is spick-and-span. I never spend money on cleaning supplies since the staff always
