Bought a V&B avento toilet online, there was a small cosmetic damage with the toilet. Ben was very helpful to follow up with the supplier, we could not get a replacement due to the item was on back order, he helped us to get a small refund from the supplier to compensate the damage. Happy with their service.

After visiting just about every bathroom showroom in the area, we found Bathrooms Direct to have by far the best choice. The staff were absolutely amazing especially Graham who went above and beyond to help from start to finish, with designing the layout to help matching the tiles. Good quality products matched by excellent service 10/10. Will definitely use again.
