As practice manager, Sally is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and the financial management of Pearce Bottomley Architects. Sally has extensive experience of business strategy, financial planning and project management. Her ability to bring skills and experiences gleaned from other sectors into our business has made her an invaluable member of the partnership.

Approaching issues with creativity and enthusiasm, Sally often offers a fresh approach to the management of other areas of the practice. Tom oversees the residential and community projects at Pearce Bottomley Architects and is central to the practice's commitment to sustainable design. His particular skill in negotiating the planning process has meant clients have secured several contentious planning approvals.

Tom is acutely sensitive to both the understanding and detailing of residential properties, creating homes that are truly individual to those who live there. He believes in treating each commission as a bespoke home rather than a generic house, which has resulted in clients returning time and time again.
