We are a small bespoke garden room Company based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent offering a bespoke service to each and every client. Our projects are always built on site from the ground up using the best materials available.

Garden Studios

Not all Garden studios are created equal. At Ark we specialise in the off-piste of design and build. We can create a space from something you have seen and loved, or we can design something totally unique to you and your space. Our studios are often as tall as 4 meters if a traditional style is preferred.
Garden Annex

Building a fully connected habitable garden annex is now increasingly popular. We will handle the entire process from initial consultation, to planning permission and building control where required. All spaces can be finished to your exact tastes and requirements. With fully fitted kitchen and bathroom options available.

Our portfolio includes school classrooms, public spaces and even community centres for charities. Each build is made with the end users in mind and our specification and final finish can be customised to that end. We strive to create inspiring buildings that can be used to educate or stimulate the people that will use them daily.
