Appalling customer service. I don't know about the turf but DO NOT use for irrigation system. Within a few months of installation one of my sprinklers developed a leak. I called numerous times trying to get someone out as it was still on warranty. Karen, who would answer the phone, Couldn't or Wouldn't
1. Find my address ( I gave it to her every time)
2. Pass on messages to service department
3. Be Polite on the phone. All she kept asking was if I had a contract. Even when I asked her to send me the details of the contract I didn't receive anything. Still no service. This spring my husband
