George manages an ever increasing part of our company Leak Detection. Old Central heating system and systems incorrectly installed can leak, this can be a nightmare if your heating pipes are buried in concrete or hidden under the floor. We have developed a unquie system for finding leaks which we have Trademarked at the UK Patent Office.
Building Compliance Certificate

ALL Gas Boilers whether condensing or Standard Efficiency all must notified to Building Control are subject to Boiler Compliance Certificate. ALL unvented cylinders must notified to Building Control are subject to Building Regulations Compliance Certificate. Electric Boilers for heating your radiators and/or hot water cylinder are NOT subject to Building Regulations and therefore do not need to be registered or notifed.
Boiler Repairs

Our engineers are Gas Safe registered (legally qualified to work on gas appliances) and Part P qualified (legally qualified to inspect, recommend and repair electrical works). Our engineers are factory trained by leading boiler manufacturers in fault diagnosis both mechanical and electrical. We have access to most boiler spares Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm from our approved boiler spares stockists.

The Elson Coral E Thermal Hot Water System was once the number 1 choice of hot water systems to modern flats and properties. The Coral E System originally came in 2x sizes, 150 litre and 210 litre. Elson would tweek the overall design of the Coral E so that the position of the inlet and outlet pipes, the immersion heaters would vary on each depending on the design specified by the property builder/designer.
