Ian and team have just fitted a new boiler and a new cylinder in my London flat. These are challenging times to do such work however nothing worried them. The whole process was very simple, punctual & professional. I have had the best experience and could not be happier. I also received outstanding customer service from the lovely Samantha. I had a boiler problem
Their man turns up and fits a pressure/temperature valve and leaves after 10 minutes
He didnt show anyone or talk to anyone, the tenant arrived 5 mins after he left (15 mins after he called him to say he was there and the tenant told him he was on his way and would be 10-15 mins)
There wasnt any hot water
The man couldve sorted that there and then even if he had to go out and get a heating coil or whatever
I emailed and messaged the boss directly and he refused to respond unless I paid him for the valve installation parts and Labour

Very swift communication , installation of the new boiler was a bit delayed on the day and I was worried they may not be able to carry out the work, but they did! The engineers were very professional, quick, cleaned up after the installation was complete, we are very happy with all the work done and can highly recommend!
