The customer service is very poor; fitted integrated blinds in bifold doors but they did not work properly and are very difficult to use.
IGS said that the blinds are new and will loosen up as they are used that was 3 years ago now the blinds are really stiff and the magnetic operators are broken. They were not interested in fixing it!!
