We bought are second bathroom from here. Staff are so helpful and polite,today we took my mother who is in a wheelchair and nothing was to much trouble. Jamie helped us in to the showroom and showed us around. I would definetly reccommend this shop. Cant wait now to get mums new wetroom fitted.

Whilst the location is difficult to find and get to (traffic and approach roads), the staff in the sales area are helpfulness personified. After seeing the items we were thinking of buying, we purchased exactly what we wanted a few months later, over the phone. Again the sales staff were very helpful. After we purchased, the warehouse staff were again very helpful with our request for a delayed delivery. The delivery came the day before scheduled (no problem at all) and the driver was, again, very helpful in getting the pallet down our drive, through our gate and onto our patio at the rear of our

I have had a great experience with Bathroom City. Remarkable, actually! I ordered a bathroom vanity unit in July but it was November until we were able to fit it. It was only then that we realised there was a fault with one of the self-closing door hinges. It was jammed and the door wouldnt fully open or close. I emailed them explaining the problem but honestly not expecting them to do anything about it. It had, after all, been several months since the unit was delivered. Much to my surprise, I had a prompt, polite and helpful reply and the offer to send out a replacement hinge. Which they

Needed a last minute cloakroom vanity unit and basin while our bathroom fitters were around finishing the bathroom. The bathroom showroom that we ordered our fittings from had a couple that were far too expensive.
Searched online and Bathroom City had the best deal with the added bonus of including the taps and free delivery. Order arrived within a few days and in good shape and quality. Wish we had ordered our other fittings from them.

Bought a combined vanity and WC unit. Great value, looks lovely installed. We did have a leaky loo but Bathroom City quickly agreed to replace it after we sent them a video of it leaking. Would happily buy from them again. The replaced loo arrived within a few days and is perfect.
