Services
Woodworm Treatment
Our woodworm treatment eradicates infestations using pressure spraying, boron gels, and Wykamol-approved chemicals. We target common furniture beetles and other species, ensuring structural timbers are protected. Treatments include 30-year guarantees and follow-up inspections.
Damp Proofing
Damp proofing involves chemical injection or physical damp-proof courses to stop moisture rising through walls. We use silicone-based solutions and replastering with Wykamol Renovating Plaster for long-term protection against damp damage.
Structural Stabilisation
Structural stabilisation uses stainless steel helical bars and lateral restraints to repair cracks and reinforce weakened masonry. This prevents further movement and restores integrity to buildings affected by thermal or ground shifts.
Wall Tie Replacement
Wall tie replacement addresses corroded or failed ties in cavity walls. We install mechanical, resin, or combination stainless steel ties to stabilise structures, preventing bulging and collapse with 25-year guarantees.
Fungal Decay
Fungal decay services tackle dry and wet rot by removing infected timber, applying fungicidal treatments, and improving ventilation. We replace damaged wood with pre-treated materials and ensure compliance with building regulations.

Positive:Professionalism
Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dean cam and explained really clearly what he was going to do. When I came back the next day the place was spotless - the only reason I knew they had done the work was the bare plaster. Thanks.

Charlatans in my opinion, salesman who claimed to be a surveyor couldn't even tell the difference between lime mortar and cement, hardly shows knowledge about heritage buildings does it?
