Olson + Baker were wonderful to deal with. We purchased our item ( a beautiful coat hook) but had to delay delivery due to a trip overseas. We weren't dealing with an automated system, just real people who cared enough to help. The product we bought is brilliant quality. We are really happy with our purchase and would recommend Olson + Baker to anyone.
