Had an issue since balcony was installed holding water engineers came and told us it was major job and would have to come back to resolve. They explained that the balconies frame work was warped and was causing the boards to bow into the middle of the verandah causing flooding. No contact since that visit which is not unusual. E mailed them yesterday only to be told a different story and effectively there is nothing the can do be wary afteservice is
