Helpful and friendly staff. I actually ordered a cabin, these are not the cheapest but we felt we were getting first class customer care and we felt confident with the process. Unfortunately we have to wait a few months, but we are really happy and would highly recommend.

Whilst the product and the installation service is good they appear to lose interest after they have your money. We bought a 10m hut via a display at a county show. As we knew we would be moving house in a couple of years we asked about taking the hut with us. The salesman informed us that Arctic Cabins offered a relocation service. Fixed fee all in. That was the deal clincher. Should have been more sceptical. Come moving time, they don't answer emails, promises of return phone calls don't happen. Had to write to the Owner direct to get a response. They now no longer offer a relocation service
