We spent 12,000 getting a BioPure 3 domestic sewage plant installed by the Septic Tank Store. After 2 years of working really well, the alarm system failed, the tank then flooded, destroying the electrics, and the Septic Tank Store charged us 1,000 to fix it, without, at any point, showing any interest in finding out why the system that THEY recommended and supplied and installed

What a great job Wayne, Hayden and the team have done in installing the new treatment plant. Was a very tricky job, not helped by the atrocious wet weather at the start. Although it was a complicated process, the whole job went smoothly and with the minimum amount of disruption and fuss. Everything was left tidy and safe at the end of the day and when the job was finished. Many many thanks and I can’t recommend you highly enough- pleasure having you here Steve

Organising a replacement septic tank is for most of us, a once in a lifetime experience, so going about selecting the right company for the job is a little daunting.
