Called plumbtec for a leak under my kitchen sink, plumber located and fixed the link as well as tightening up our tap, and gave me advice about buying a new one! He also helped me work out our water shut-offs throughout the flat as we also hadn't figured those out yet. Really helpful and professional, would definitely recommend using them

Woke up to a broken boiler on a Saturday morning with water leaking from it. Called 7 different companies and Plumbtec 24 were the first company to call me back within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail (only 1 other called back 4 hours later, the others didn't have the courtesy to respond). Andrew explained the had several jobs on but he would attend later in the day. He arrived just after 5pm on the Saturday evening. Boiler was in a dangerous state due to a leak which flooded it internally. The boiler was drained and made safe, a very reasonable quote was given for a replacement boiler, quote was

Highly recommend!! My heater came off the wall and having been stood up and totally dingied by the first plumber who'd taken the job, I phoned these guys.
Recieved a txt back pretty much immediately with a quote and to arrange a time and the heater was fixed a few hours later by a very friendly plumber. These guys will be my new go to for problems in this department. Great service, top job!
