The fire bricks in our Stanley wood burning stove broke apart a few days before Christmas. After ringing around I was pointed in the right direction and phoned Kildress. They had them in stock, but were closing for chrismas in 45 minutes and I was an hour away. No problem, Chris took the payment, left them at the gate in a big plastic bag as it was lashing rain, and I picked them up. We were able to light the fire over Christmas. Was very happy with their service and willingness to help.

We were misinformed on this point and made contact with the supplier directly in order to clarify. After ourselves informing Kildress of what colours their own product was available in, the order was placed and a substantial deposit transferred. On the day before the Rayburn was due to arrive with Kildress (following a 6-8 week lead
