Found Fixx solely through a google search for 'boiler repair' as our boiler had given up. Slightly concerned that the reviews were a bit too good to be true as virtually every review is extremely positive. But I absolutely cannot fault the two guys that came out to us, the first (sorry awful with names) got our boiler running straight away and set it up for the interim until another guy came the next week to fit the part and get the boiler fully functioning. Quick, easy and very fairly priced.

Having discovered a fault with our boiler last night which meant we had no heating or hot water I went online to book an engineer as part of our monthly boiler cover plan. I was expecting to have to wait a few days for an appointment, aware that this is a busy time of year for boiler call outs, so I was delighted when Darren arrived first thing this morning, barely 12 hours after I’d logged the fault! He was super friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable as he was able to identify the problem straight away and explain it clearly to a boiler novice like myself! It is reassuring to know

Would like to say massive thank you to the Company for keeping me updated with the engineer.
Also massive thanks to Carl for coming out and fixing our problem with the Boiler. He was professional from start to finish and came back today to repair properly. He was left in an awkward situation as our service carried out by Homeserve engineer left our Boiler in a dangerous state and he managed with authorisation to make it safer and still usable. Cannot recommend this company enough.

* Initial phone contact - speedy reply, friendly voice & positive action taken.
* Engineer visit - next day. Phone call received before arrival, engineer was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, reassuring & friendly.
* Repair - unusual fault but FIXX were on to it straightaway, sourcing parts & giving an estimate of both the price and when parts available to install.
* Overall - so far, so impressed.

If Carlsberg made plumbers … Darren attended my broken CH boiler today and was brilliant start to finish. It’s never great waiting around for engineers but this experience was fantastic. He called to say when he would arrive, he arrived bang on time. He was courteous, respectful and got on with the job in hand. Completed the job and tidied up after himself with efficiency. What more can you ask - well done Darren and Fixx can you come to all my insurance repairs in future please! (Job ref : DG 8720270)

Firstly, the Engineer Darren was polite, courteous and prompt.
My insurance company had originally sent an engineer from a different company (Mr Reactive) to fix a leak on my boiler. Fixed the leak but then couldn't get the boiler working. After three days left like a scolded cat (ironic as I had no hot water or heating) stating I needed another part, it probably wouldn't be him coming back! Told insurance company I "possibly" needed a "Power Flush" at my own expense.
Darren found the issue within seconds and sorted it. Found two other leaks and sorted them. No power flush needed.

I have today had our Worcester Bosch boiler serviced by Richard, from Fixx. I have no hesitation in giving him a 5 star rating. He arrived at the anticipated time, having contacted us to arrange his arrival time. He undertook to sort out a minor problem created by a previous engineer(not from Fixx), and he completed the service quickly cleanly and efficiently. He was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to a time when Fixx can set up a service plan, but in the meantime I would have no hesitation in contacting the company again. We have had an ongoing issue with our boiler which your company has been dealing with on behalf of Homeserve.
I would like to provide positive feedback on Craig your engineer who has been working on the boiler. We feel that he has gone above and beyond our expectations in both dealing with us and Homeserve and if the repair unfortunately proves to be unsuccessful it's not for his lack of trying.
From his initial visit it was obvious that he wanted to resolve our problem with the boiler and for this we are sincerely grateful.
