Roller Shutters

Our roller shutters provide robust security for commercial and residential properties, crafted from galvanised steel with optional powder-coated finishes. They deter vandalism, improve insulation, and enhance property aesthetics. Customisable to fit windows, doors, and industrial spaces, these shutters combine durability with practical design for long-term reliability.

Fire Shutters

Fire shutters compartmentalise flames and smoke, meeting EN 16034:2014 standards for safety. Installed in schools, factories, and retail spaces, they integrate with fire alarms for automatic closure. Tested by Exova Warrington Fire, these shutters offer 1-4 hours of fire resistance, ensuring compliance and occupant safety during emergencies.

High-Speed Doors

High-speed doors maintain temperature control and hygiene in busy environments like warehouses and food processing plants. Constructed from resilient materials, they reset after impacts to minimise downtime. Available in self-repairing, rolling, or folding designs, these doors ensure operational efficiency with speeds up to 75mm per second.

Insulated Doors

Insulated doors reduce energy costs by preventing heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer. Featuring twin-skin 100mm laths, they provide security and noise reduction for warehouses, garages, and industrial facilities. The 100% recyclable foam filling ensures thermal efficiency without compromising structural integrity.

Collapsible Gates

Collapsible gates offer visible security for windows and openings, with diamond-lattice designs that allow airflow and visibility. Ideal for homes and businesses, they feature multi-point locking and low-maintenance galvanised steel construction. Easily integrated into existing structures with minimal installation disruption.

We had Westwood Shutters come out to us to quote on new remote shutters at our premises. The quote was reasonable and the guys were polite, professional and did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. It caused minimum stress to me and my business - Great guys

Asked for someone to come and service my shutters. Sent photos as requested. Guy called Mark said that we require a new curtain (we didn't actually need one). He was curt and accusative on email and stopped communicating. If you don't want a job, just say so rather than annoy a genuine customer (with 5 others shutters that all need a service)

Very disappointed!!!!! I just called to ask for a quote as I am based in Ipswich and the gentleman told me that it is not worth coming. Why? He doesn't want to be bothered with customers making less than 50K. Your website does says that you serve domestic and small business owners even in Ipswich. If you don't want to be bothered with a job 'that it doesn't worth coming' then please delete it from your website because it is really confusing. Thank you for your time at least to pick up the phone!

(-5 stars) I have honestly never dealt with a worse company, the receptionist was rude for a start. The fire curtain which they installed jammed, so i called them up to come and unjam the curtain. They said they couldnt do anything for a month, i informed them its a fire risk... but they didnt seem to care and didnt seem bothered about me going to a different company to fix their fire curtain. So if you want a fire curtain go to Coopers, they said they can come the next day to fix it. Westwood security shutters ltd may sell you fire curtains but dont ever expect to see them again.
