Commercial Cleaning
We provide comprehensive exterior cleaning for commercial properties including offices, restaurants, and industrial buildings. Our services cover roof, gutter, cladding, and car park cleaning using industrial-grade equipment. We specialise in graffiti removal and protective sealing to maintain professional appearances and prevent long-term damage. Our team works with businesses across Greater Manchester to ensure safe, clean environments that enhance kerb appeal and property value.
Driveway Cleaning
Our driveway cleaning service removes algae, weeds, and stains from block paving, imprinted concrete, and natural stone surfaces. Using high-pressure washing and soft-wash techniques, we restore surfaces to their original condition. Protective sealing is recommended to prevent future growth and UV damage. We serve residential and commercial clients across the North West, providing long-lasting solutions for patios, driveways, and outdoor spaces.
Gutter Cleaning
Professional gutter cleaning services prevent water damage by removing debris, moss, and blockages from roof drainage systems. We use ground-level vacuum systems to safely clear gutters without damaging fascias or soffits. Regular maintenance is recommended to prevent leaks and structural issues. Our Manchester-based team serves domestic and commercial properties across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.
Roof Cleaning
We offer specialist roof cleaning to remove moss, algae, and debris from tiled, slate, and composite roofs. Our low-pressure steam cleaning preserves roof integrity while applying biocides to prevent regrowth. This extends roof lifespan and improves property appearance. We serve residential and commercial clients in Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, and surrounding areas with both one-off and maintenance contracts.
Render Cleaning
Our render cleaning service uses soft-wash technology to safely remove stains and organic growth from rendered walls. The low-pressure method prevents substrate damage while applying protective solutions to inhibit future algae growth. This enhances building aesthetics and maintains surface integrity. We work with domestic and commercial clients across Greater Manchester using environmentally responsible cleaning products.
