Floor Sanding
Our advanced dust-free sanding technology restores tired wooden floors to their original beauty while minimising mess. With 30+ years of experience, we expertly handle parquet, hardwood, and laminate surfaces. The process removes scratches and imperfections, preparing floors for staining and sealing with eco-friendly finishes that enhance durability and aesthetics.
Parquet Flooring
Specialist installation of geometric parquet patterns using traditional techniques. We create bespoke designs from oak, walnut, and reclaimed wood, offering both classic herringbone layouts and modern custom arrangements. Our craftsmen ensure seamless integration with existing decor while maintaining historical authenticity in Edinburgh's older properties.
Gap Filling
Professional gap filling using colour-matched wood filler to address seasonal expansion issues. Our solution prevents dust accumulation and structural damage while maintaining visual continuity. The flexible filler expands and contracts with the wood, providing long-lasting results that preserve floor integrity across Edinburgh's variable climate.
Stair Restoration
Comprehensive sanding and refinishing of wooden staircases to restore safety and appearance. We address wear from daily use while preserving architectural character. Services include tread replacement with reclaimed wood, non-slip treatments, and matching stain applications to coordinate with existing floor schemes throughout Edinburgh properties.
Commercial Flooring
Durable flooring solutions for commercial spaces including offices, hotels, and retail premises. Our dust-free sanding systems allow overnight refurbishment with minimal disruption. We install and maintain high-traffic hardwood and laminate floors that combine aesthetic appeal with practicality, offering bulk discounts for large-scale projects across Edinburgh's business sector.
