They don't bother answering simple enquiries such as what kind of grass their turf is. Turf laid early summer has been extremely prone to red thread.

Really quick to respond when purchasing completely ignored calls and emails when there was an issue with the turf... despite offering "friendly and expert advice" only thing that was given was a promise of a returned call...

As part of a contract with prolawn (prestwick) this company supplied 3 tonne of supposed top quality screened topsoil for my lawn remediation. It was terrible quality containing thousands of stones, glass shards and large spores of earth. If this is top quality then I shudder to think what the basic topsoil is like. Will definitely not be using or recommending this company or prolawn to others.

Topsoil was described as Premium and screened, but actually it was awful!! Full of stones, rocks , glass, clay and sweet wrappers. I ended up having to use a garden sieve which too hours and hours. Really disappointing.
