Services
Damp Proofing
Ascot Damp Proofing offers comprehensive damp proofing services addressing rising damp, penetrating damp, and structural moisture issues. Our specialists use advanced diagnostic techniques to identify root causes, including hygroscopic salt analysis and cavity inspections. We implement remedial treatments such as damp-proof courses, wall ventilation systems, and specialist replastering to ensure lasting protection. Clients benefit from our technical expertise and 30-year warranties on critical repairs.
Cavity Wall Ties
We specialise in cavity wall tie replacement for properties with corroded or failed ties. Our methods include resin-fixed stainless steel ties and cavity-exposure techniques that allow simultaneous damp proofing. All installations come with a 30-year warranty, ensuring structural stability and preventing brickwork distortion. Our team isolates old ties to prevent ongoing damage during replacements.
Condensation Control
Our condensation solutions feature Vericure Positive Pressure Units and Heat Recovery Ventilation systems. These installations reduce moisture levels by 10% energy-efficiently, eliminating mould growth and musty odours. A diagnostic survey determines optimal unit placement, with a 60-day guarantee to resolve persistent condensation issues in residential and commercial properties.
Dry/Wet Rot
We provide specialist dry/wet rot treatment using fungicidal solutions and structural repairs. Our technicians identify fungal species through laboratory analysis, then implement eradication protocols including timber replacement and chemical treatments. All work includes insurance-backed guarantees, with liaison support for insurance claims when required.
Plastering
Our plastering service covers skim coating, artex removal, and damp-affected wall repairs. Using traditional and modern techniques, we restore surfaces to a smooth finish after damp remediation. Projects include skirting board replacements and full room renovations, all completed with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail.

We were worried about potential damp from botched cavity wall installed years ago by another company so rang Ascot Damp Proofing for a survey. They attended the very next day, exactly at the time promised and were extremely professional and friendly. All walls were tested and we were assured there was no damp issue. Knowing nothing about damp, this company could have told us anything and we likely would have paid. I cannot thank them enough for their honesty along with their advice on how to prevent any potential issues, particularly as they came out completely free of charge. I cannot recommend

I was worried about damp in the corner of a room, called Ascot damp proofing and received a visit the same week, very honest trader and told me it was only condensation and how to clear it and avoid its return. No charge. Excellent service and will be my first call if ever needed in the future
