Called three times to get a quote on moss removal and spoke to John. Had to give my details again every time I called and still no one turned up to give a quote! Bad service, plenty of other companies willing to help.

Fantastic service and product from SG. We had a lot of ingrained moss on the concrete tiled roof, blocked gutters and downcomers (and shaky fittings), and our PVC boards weren't in the best shape either. John put all of this right most concientiously and worked 'like a Trojan'; all for a fair price and from just up the road. Absolutely brilliant local contractor. (Cranleigh)

Used them year ago. We needed them again recently to come back to fix some dislodged roof tiles that they had left and after promising they would come over it never happened despite repeated telephone calls and emails.
