Phoned this company today for a blocked drain, based on the good reviews it has. Was given a price over the phone and a 5 hour timeslot for when someone would arrive. They phoned me when they were 2 minutes away, turned up in 2 mins, very polite, got straight to work, no messing about, no trying to sell you stuff you don't need, sorted the blockage out and cleaned the drive too. Brilliant work - will not hesitate to contact you again, and will pass your number onto anyone who ever needs it. Thank you!

Contacted MZR with regard to a problem toilet. Very helpful when answering the phone, and arranged a convenient time to visit. Technician contacted us 20 mins before arrival and turned up on time. Sorted the problem very quickly and efficiently. Bill was very reasonable and less than it could have been. Nice people - good to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
