Company called morning of visit to confirm time of arrival. Paul arrived on time very helpful and knowledgeable regarding our issue with Bees. Gave honest assessment and said no action necessary but gave advice if circumstances changed. Would highly recommend, have used in the past and would use again in future. Very honest person and company, look no further !

Paul was really lovely. Very friendly guy. He was great at sharing information about how best to tackle and lots of great info about mice. For instance my partner is really scared by mice and so would often make a noise before entering a room. However this startles mice and makes them behave erratically - dashing across a room instead of their usual moving along edges! Great info but within days of him laying bait we were not seeing them apart from a couple of dead ones. He was definitely way more thorough then any other pest control service that we’ve had out. I found a bumblebee nest in an outside cupboard in a roll of insulating material. I needed it to be removed as we were due building work the next week (else I would have happily left it). It was really important to me that these were moved and rehomed NOT destroyed. I rang around 15 companies in and around the area - all apart from Manchester pest control said they would exterminate them.
When I called Manchester pest control they wanted to check where the Nest was and reassured me that it would be removed and the bees rehomed. This was organised by the following day and communication was great
