Paul was brilliant. We found ourselves in need of urgent help with our front door lock two days before Christmas. I turned to google and all the great reviews led me to call Paul. He was helpful and made a suggestion that we tried, that he made clear may or may not work. When it didn't, he was over the next morning - Christmas Eve - with everything he needed to fix our very very old Banham lock, which now works like a dream. I would recommend Paul to anyone who needed a locksmith ever, and will certainly use him again, should we ever need one.
