Absolutely amazing service provided by the team. The professionalism and good nature of the team made installation seamless and with minimal disruption. The advice that I was provided prior to installation and on the day of installation was brilliant. The job is very neat and tidy which was a given as the team are very passionate in the service they provide. Capcool provided us with very professional service from the very beginning to the end. Erica has been very responsive and accomodating from the first contact regarding bookings and quotes. Fahan, Adnan, Imran and Ibreham worked for us for four days to install the three multi-units for six rooms of different sizes. They are all very dedicated and they work very hard to find solutions to minimize the potential changes/damages to the existing interior. Many thanks to everyone!

The quote received was competitive and very reasonable. Subsequent changes to our requests were promptly explained whilst providing neatest solution rather than making their installers life easy.
