From the initial phone call to discuss leak detection the call taker was great and booked a plumber for 2 days later. Frank was great, not only did he detect a major leak under the house, but fixed it in the same day by re-routing then pipes. I would highly reccomend the service I received from ADI

An excellent service - The engineer (FRANK) who visited, was thorough and found the leak (under the floor) within 30 minutes. He arrived on time (having travelled over 100 mls) and always told me what he was doing and improved the heating system by fitting a new regulator to the heating system. He also tidied up before he left.

Fantastic service.
Had 2 plumbers in with no joy, ADI came in, found the leak and stopped it to be able to get the mains back on. Worked extremely hard and tidied up afterwards no problem in highly recommending.

Frank did an incredible job and found and repaired a mystery underground which had been destroying our house leak in a few hours. I would recommend this firm.

Contacted ADI regarding my swimming pool leaking 1500 Lts a day, It is a large pool 12m x 6m, Booked the next available date which was over a week away, but got a call from Dave to say they had had a cancellation and they could come next day, which was brilliant. Matt and another engineer arrived on time and got straight to work, Matt does the video's on TikTok which is where I found ADI. He explained everything clearly and managed to find several leaks and repair within 3 hrs. They checked all the pipework and confirmed everything else was ok, which is peace of mind.
Looking forward to seeing the video and hopefully other costumers' can benefit. Thanks guys.

ADI Leak Detection were helpful from first contact. I was able to discuss the problem at length without feeling pressurised. Frank arrived next day. Was punctual & courteous. He explained the process and equipment to be used and discovered the leak quickly. This was repaired the same day and advice given for drying out the floor. I would recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if necessary.

Mark was incredibly helpful, he made a pretty nasty situation with Thames Water a lot easier. He managed to find the leak coming from the meter box with minimal issues for my tenants, though it wasn't easy, he kept me well informed throughout today and even called Thames Water for me and got them to come out in the next few days to fix the leak. I am a happy Landlady! In short I do indeed recommend Mark and ADI, Dave from the office was particularly helpful!

Paul was the engineer who visited today he was very polite and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. He did all the testing required. he found a slight problem in the garage showing signs of water loss thankfully no signs of a leak or damp hidden behind the walls, I am glad I used this company I have now got piece of mind and hopefully things will now be ok
