I live in the United States and had to take care of the sale of my elderly parents' home in Whitstable, from abroad. The Christopher Hodgson team were brilliant and assisted me with every aspect of the sale, including arranging cleaning, gardening, clearing and other services that needed to be accomplished prior to the sale and completion. They are extremely professional, responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team at Christopher Hodgson worked tremendously hard from the start, right the way through to exchange. Very professional service getting our house on the market. Will has a great understanding of the market and was really helpful in the initial stages. William was very professional producing brilliant photos and his video for the virtual tour was a great addition for advertising during COVID restrictions.

This all led to an asking price sale being agreed really quickly and since then the team has been proactive in progressing things. A particular thank you to Jacqueline chasing things and reassuring us at the end when there was difficulties with the chain above us.
