From start to finish our experience with the Loftplan team has been fantastic. we are very happy with our new space and this is testament to the whole team from sales, planning, back office and build. Warren and the team were amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were so friendly and helpful. The quality of the craftsmanship was excellent and they have delivered within the agreed timeframe. Great service and excellent job from Loftplan team for converting our loft to fantastic bedroom! Loftplan has been excellent throughout the entire building processing; Good communication from office manager (Nicola), on site supervisor (Warren) and friendly and skilled builders (Martin, Mike, Harry, Alan etc). Loftplan did an excellent job from start to finish. We were looking for a company that would take the stress away from us and project manage everything for us. We wanted to create an office and walking wardrobe storage space. From the initial consultation to architecture meetings and building regulations, this was handled by them. They even took the pain away from us regarding skip hire.

All the teams that were involved put in a hard days work and were polite and courteous throughout. They even gave good advice for extra space. This went down as a treat, and we have ended up with exactly what we were after. They cleaned up as they went. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Special thanks go to Nicola (the office manager), she handled everything for us and kept us up to date. Bob (Senior Work Supervisor) popped in regularly with his 40 years plus experience, but rarely had to instruct the team as they had done a great job. Dean/Ritchie/Brendon/John/Mike/Alan etc everyone were a credit to the company.

Excellent service throughout the project, from initial enquiry to final completion; clear communication, helpful personalized service, smooth and efficient administration. We are delighted with our new loft and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Loftplan team.

Loftplan have been fantastic throughout the entire build. Everyone who works for the company has been polite, helpful and most importantly excellent at what they do. It is their expertise and craft that makes Loftplan so good. An example is the clever design of the stairs resulting in a beautiful and open first floor landing which does not feel cramp.

The loft looks and feels like a natural extension of the house and they even tracked down our existing cladding so they could match it on the dormers. Loftplan worked with us and acted as a trusted partner throughout.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Loftplan for all your help. The project was very smooth from the get go, and the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is brilliant. All the workmen cleared up their mess at the end of every day thoroughly and even our neighbours commented on how polite and considerate Loftplan have been throughout the whole process.

Their knowledge and speciality for loft conversions is second to none and I couldnt recommend them more. We are so happy with the end result, it is better than we could have imagined. Thanks once again!

Hey We have been planning a loft extension for some time so choosing the right partner was super important. I'm pleased we went with loft plan. At every stage from planning through to completion the service and effort was brilliant. Each of the specialist trades were brilliant. The office always came back promptly and moved things forward (thanks again Nicola). The PMs were also great and had our best interests at heart.

Loftplan did a great job for us. Its an old house and installing the loft room presented particular challenges - which were tackled and successfully solved. The design team were helpful and responsive to our needs. All the trades were excellent. We especially appreciated how they engaged with us - always polite and explained clearly what needed to be done and what had been done!

The quality of the finish is great. Id also like to mention the admin./accounts staff - always helpful, prompt and clear with their responses to our questions. A genuinely first class experience!

We recently said farewell to Loftplan, who have done an amazing job on our loft conversion. From beginning to end, they have kept us informed about what's going on and prepared us for each step. I can't praise the staff more highly, from the office staff, to the foremen, to the builders and fitters. All were friendly and helpful, and in particular the builders and fitters left everything so tidy. Most importantly, the final bill was pretty much what they said it would be - no hidden extras. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Loftplan, highly.

We were looking at building firms for this project. Then we decided a specialist loft company would be better! We had a recommendation from a friend. We havent been disappointed! An architect told us our loft space was too small for a viable room, but its lovely. Our room of choice now. No hesitation in recommending loftplan!

We are overall happy with the works that Loftplan carried out in our property. We are particularly satisfied with Nicola's prompt and useful support throughout the process, with the spotless plastering and electrical wiring, and the excellent woodcraft. 5 stars from us!

After getting 3 quotes to have our loft converted, we decided to go with Loftplan. They weren't the cheapest, but after the initial meeting with Alan, who listened to our requirements, we felt confident they would do a good job. Roll on a few months and we now have an amazing loft conversion that we are very happy with. Loftplan took care of everything, and we were kept informed at every stage of the build.

Any queries or questions were always answered promptly. The teams and supervisors that worked on our loft were all very friendly and hard working. A special thanks to Martin the carpenter who is a master of his trade. His work and attention to details were outstanding. And of course, to Nicola in the office who was always helpful. We would highly recommend Loftplan to anyone considering a loft conversion.

Loftplan were fantastic from start to finish. It was so calm and enjoyable watching the changes being made everyday. Dene and Dave were a pleasure to have around the house and were so respectful of our house and family. Bob and Kevin made sure that we were kept upto date with every step and nothing was too much trouble. Shawn and Alan the plumber and carpenter were experts in their craft and we couldnt be happier with the end result. And finally Nicola was always on hand to help us with any queries we had along the way. I would definitely recommend loftplan to everyone.

We first started by getting several quotes, after weighing up each one we decided to go with Loftplan. As soon as the paperwork was signed, and a date was giving for the work to commence, there was clear communication. After all its a big investment, but it was clear from the start we had made the right choice in Loftplan. The cost was broken down and clearly explained No hidden costs.

The scaffold team were very professional and polite and explained how this was be constructed, also allowing access to house and driveway! The first fix started with Dom and Chris, the communication, guidance, and professionalism were outstanding! There workman ship, attention to detail, professionalism and communication was excellent! Working with Dom and Chris we were able to make small adjustment to the original plan, to make the perfect bedroom and ensuite, as an example the ensuite wall was moved to make room for a bigger shower tray.

Great communication between them and Bob at all times. The communication from the supervisors Bob and Kev was great, always kept in the loop of everything happening. Any questions we had they were answered straight away and made sure anything needing doing that we always had the right man for the job! The second fix started with plastering the guys are amazing at what they do, the finish is outstanding.

The carpenters were brilliant, finishing to the stairs and woodwork were amazing at the workmanship. The plumbers had complicated job with our ensuite everything was measured to precision. Nicola in the office is very approachable and communicated with us every step of the way from start to finish. Loftplan have top quality hard working professional trades! Loft plan have recently finished our loft conversion and have done an amazing job. The teams are dedicated to the build from day 1 so you have continuity and they keep you well informed at every stage of the build which is great. The guys are all super professional and respectful and take pride in what they do which makes it stress free. When we had any issue they were addressed emmediately with no fuss. All in all this is a great company so highly recommend using them and would use again.

Loftplan have been great. Work started at the time it was given. All of the team were respectful and polite. We were very impressed with Ben in particular, open and honest and gave us lots of advice and information. Really happy with the work Loftplan have done, good quality and have created 2 big bedrooms and good size bathroom. We compared prices to another local loft company and this seemed to be very good value for the high quality work. Thankyou!

We were very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism we received from Loftplan and the friendliness of everyone we had contact with. Alan at the start was very responsive and helpful and immediately made us feel in safe hands. Our first-fix team (Dean and Lee, supervised by Bob) were amazing, they felt like part of the family and really made us feel like they wanted the best for us and worked hard to achieve it, giving us ideas and advice along the way.

Our second-fix supervisor Kevin was very approachable and worked with us to take our loft through to a completion that we were very happy with. We would ( and have) recommend Loftplan to anyone considering a conversion.

We initially chose Loftplan based on the good reviews, we had read online and were not disappointed! Our loft conversion, has been completed to a very high standard. The whole team, were polite and professional from the initial survey and quote to the final installation and sign off. They provided excellent input and advise during the initial planning and throughout the build, which was also extremely helpful.

From start to finish, the guys I worked with in this project were all great, from Nic providing the initial design, Mike and Callum doing the structural work in my loft, the guys who installed the new stairs going up to the loft and the plasterers, Sam the plumber, Dean the carpenter and Kevin the 2nd fix super visor, they all made my loft conversion project as smooth as possible.

Great communication through out, advice and guidance on decisions I had to make, great quality work, and really responsive if something needed some additional attention. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend Loftplan.

Many thanks to the Loftplan team for creating our new master bedroom with en-suite shower and dressing rooms. LoftPlan have been professional from start to finish of our loft conversion. We cannot recommend their workmanship and services enough. They worked safely and professionally throughout last year, mid of the pandemic. They stuck to schedules, quickly responded and resolved any issues. There was smooth transitions through all project managers from Bob to Kevin and site supervisor Chris. We are so pleased with the results and love our new ensuite bedroom and dressing room.

Really pleased with my additional space that Loftplan have created. From the start where I discussed what I wanted, Alan and the architect worked with me to design the layout and I am really pleased what was achieved. All the lads (Mike, Callum, Simon, Mark roofer, Louis, Mark chippy, Ron, Graham, the plasterers, sorry can't remember their names) who worked on my property were excellent, taking the time to explain what they were doing, explaining a few things that they thought would work better, talking to my young children who had so many questions for them and their overall work was brilliant. Nicola in the office kept me updated on everything and was always quick in coming back to me on anything. I have already recommended Loftplan to people and will continue doing so. Thank you Loftplan for giving me exactly what I wanted, my children love their new rooms.

I used Loftplan obviously for a loft conversion. My wife and I were apprehensive at first as its a lot of money to spend and we were reliant on what we were told by Alan the initial contact. Alan did well to allay our fears and put our minds at ease. Works started when Nicola said it would and was great leading up to the start of works through planning.

The whole process was managed flawlessly by the Supervisors Bob and Kevin, but the real heroes were the guys building it. Their efforts and skills again gave reassurance and communication was great with them. Dan and Simon were brilliant on the first fix with attention to detail. The plasters Percy and the team, again were great, but I think the real star was Martin the joiner.

His skill was just amazing and so conscientious. Steve and his brother were roofers and nothing was too much trouble, and I think thats what I learnt most throughout was that nothing was too much trouble. Now there were ups and downs, however the downs were managed very well with great communications. I would recommend using Loftplan to anyone.

Happy to have chosen LoftPlan. We had a few contractors and specialist loft conversion companies tendering for the works. It is, to be honest - a quandary working out the strengths and weaknesses of the aforementioned, as it is basically, taking their word that they wont destroy your pride and joy - your home! LoftPlan were very efficient, careful and tidy all throughout the renovations and dealt with any planning questions or any concerns we had extremely quickly.

The work was completed within the schedule and within cost. In fact, I was surprised how fast the structure went up and how efficient the various teams were. Would recommend without hesitation. James and Susanne O'Brien

We are very pleased with our loft conversion. It has made an enormous difference to our house. The process from start to finish was well managed and the end result is wonderful. All the guys that worked on the construction were very good, all trades were hardworking very professional, polite and tidy and we would happily recommend Loftplan to anyone considering a conversion.

Loftplan have been brilliant from start to finish. Owner David genuinely cares about his customers, and has been in regular contact from quotation through to completion. Given the size of the business and length of time they have been trading, I did not expect this. Loftplan don't outsource to random subcontractors. All the trades work solely and directly for Loftplan.

The result being a job finished to a very high standard by experienced tradesmen, many of whom like Chris, Bob and Kev have work for Loftplan for well over 10 years and some over 25 years! Pricing was fair and there were no hidden extras, even when adjustments were made. I'm still waiting for a quote from a Loftplan competitor! Loftplan can handle bespoke requirements with ease, meaning we have our own "hotel suite in the loft" complete with free standing copper bath, kitchenette, home work space, luxury shower room and living area.

All in the place that we previously stored our Christmas decorations! With 8 velux windows the natural light is amazing and the open landing area makes the first floor brighter now too. Workers were all polite, friendly and tidy. More importantly over the 4 month build, we never had a single missed appointment nor a no show. Clearly not all builders are the same! Our experience with Loftplan has been excellent from start to finish, the first fix team of Jim and Jordan were a delight to have in the house and Mark the carpenter was fantastic. We love the extra living space the loft conversion has created. The cost was explained upon first meeting and was clear and concise - didn't change with time. I would recommend Loftplan for anyone considering a loft conversion.

I could not be happier with the recent work carried out by Loftplan to convert my loft into an amazing living space. The experience from start to finish was positive, the team knew what they were doing and when, the deliveries arrived on time, the schedule discussed and maintained throughout. The end result has surpassed my expectations and their level of finish exceptional. After service follow up has been note worthy to ensure I am completely satisified and any snagging has been taken care of.

We need some more space and living in a bungalow we have a large loft area that was just being used as storage. We looked into several companies with the view to converting the loft into a living area. We selected Loftplan as the price was reasonable and they would project manage the whole conversion. The work was carried out to a very professional level and the standard of workmanship was high.

Following the birth of our second child we decided to create more space for our expanding family, to give us more useable space as our children grow up. We saw some similar homes in our surrounding area pursue loft conversions and the highest recommendation we had was for Loftplan. For the fair price, craftsmanship of work and high attention to detail I cant rate them highly enough.

The whole team we dealt with were exceptional. A personal mention would go out to Lewis and Dan who where are first installation fixers and were with us for a big part of the build, very hard working, dedicated and very respectful to the needs of a new-born in the house. We could not be more pleased that we chose Loftplan! From start to finish they have been highly professional. They gave very clear advice throughout. We were initially concerned about the disruption to the house caused by building work but it has been no trouble at all. They cleared up so well after each day. All tradespeople were brilliant and trustworthy. Ben from the first fix was great (I think our dog still misses him!), Alan the plumber was very professional and Brian who stood in during Kevin's holiday was lovely and went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed.

The finish is amazing and better than we even imagined. We almost went with a sole trader for the project and are so relieved that we went with Loftplan. Loft-Plan completed a one bedroom conversion with en-suite in our property and we are extremely happy with the finished result, which has exceeded our expectations. As our loft has a very low ceiling height, Loft-Plan was the only contractor in the area that had the necessary expertise to take on the project. Everyone involved, from the planning through to the completion stages, was very competent and professional.

It was easy to build a good rapport with the team as everyone was very helpful, considerate and trustworthy. We found the whole process well organised, we were kept in the loop at all stages and any concerns/requests on our part were quickly dealt with and accommodated. LoftPlan have just completed a loft conversion for us from basic storage accessed via a loft ladder to a double bedroom with cupboards, a storage room and a bathroom via a staircase. They proved to be a thoroughly professional and trustworthy company and we are delighted we chose them for the work. Any problems were quickly sorted out and literally everyone working on the job were friendly and approachable. Thoroughly recommended.

I would like to thank Loftplan very much for the fantastic loft conversion they have just completed on my property. It has given me a very large bedroom with plenty of roof height and space. The builders Craig and Jack worked non stop all day with Craig actually being able to make a very uneven roof level again. They were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Bob made the stairs look great and in keeping within the lounge area. David kept in touch and visited the site regularly.

My surrounding neighbours are telling me that the new roof and end gable looks in keeping with other properties in the area. this is thanks to the brilliant job the roofers did, even getting the ridge tiles to match. I would recommend Loftplan and as I write this review they are at my neighbours putting in a huge dorma and loft conversion after seeing how mine has improved my living space.
