I have recently had some work done in my salon and was looking for furnitures and came across DIR online to my surprise, they had everything I wanted. I decided to go for a viewing and I found some amazing quality furnitures for my I place my order at Birmingham branch. I had a little issue here and there, but Aiden the customer service rep its very good at what he does, very patient very polite and listens to your request and deal with it. Highly recommended. Great experience. I was hesitant after seeing the reviews on Google. I visited the store to assess which items I wanted. Adam from the sales department was professional, honest and let me take my time in the warehouse to pick the items I wanted. I picked them up from Birmingham today, all staff members were very accommodating, Adam again looked after us and himself and the team answered all my questions and helped to load everything into my van.
Extremely happy with the quality and price. Thank you to the whole team for being professional and helping and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Also, I worked in a salon with items from this store 6+ years old and they all still worked brilliantly, plus they do replacement parts if and when you need them! Thanks guys

Fantastic experience. The prices at DIR cant be beaten anywhere on the internet. I ordered despite the long lead time on delivery. My delivery was ready to dispatch so quickly I wasnt even ready at my salon to except them. DIR arranged storage of the furniture for 6 weeks at no extra cost. After the delivery a couple of items were missing but they were promptly delivered after notifying. Very happy with the quality of the furniture, especially the massage backwash. Will definitely use again.

Ordered new Salon chairs & a matching backwash. Gorgeous quality & clients have all commented on how comfortable they are! Very happy! One of the chairs didnt come with the fastening bolt so rang & asked for one to be sent, couple of days later & it was delivered. I definitely recommend & I will definitely be buying from again! Excellent
