Excellent service from the get go, had a previous leak detection company out who failed to find this difficult heating leak, one call to Moe who attended within 48 hours as agreed and found the leak and also repaired the leak within the same day, once found he retested which resulted in a second leak on the heating pipework, this was also repaired within the same day. I couldn't recommend him enough after looking at the reviews this guy is a genius.

Our landlord organised a visit from Leak Detection 24/7 due to our high water bills. Moe was really thorough and explained the diagnostic process well. He was very friendly and I was very happy with the job he carried out. I highly recommend the company.

Moe recently came to our property to carry out track and trace on the mains water line (hot and cold feed). I was very impressed with his work. He arrived on time, was very polite and explained every process clearly.

After the necessary test carried out, he concluded that the leak was not on our property and was a external leak for the Waterboard to further investigate. He provided us a detailed report highlighting what work was carried out.

Overall Moe was professional, efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend him if you need track and trace carried out.

Moe came round after downstairs found a leak while we were having some work done upstairs.

He was able to quickly get up to speed with the issue and came up with a solution. After testing a few things he found the issue and was very knowledgeable about how and why it had happened and took the time to describe it all to me as someone who knows nothing about plumbing.

He gave great extra advice and checked in afterwards to make sure the issue was fixed.

Called many a company just from online search so many couldnt come out only mon-Friday or didnt call back or promised they were coming but never showed.

Losing boiler pressure at 0.7 per day in late Autumn was a problem that needed addressing. The naked eye could not solve it and when Mo (of Leak detection) applied his process infusing into the heating system an hydrogen/nitrogen gas to detect the problem the answer was an emphatic victory. I contacted this company late at night following a major leak in my kitchen area. I had previously tried to look for more local leak detection teams in Essex area. The first two google verified ones were not very helpful with one being a no show and the other having bad reviews. I then stumbled across this one. My query was dealt with by Moe who was extremely helpful. He booked me in for a 48h emergency call out straightaway and I had him at my property the very next morning. He found the leak alongside my plumber using his leak detection equipment and even guided my plumber to do his job of excavation. The charges for the job were very reasonable with no extra hidden costs. Moe also gave me suggestions on other problems around the house that I thought might be related to the leak. I cannot recommend him enough. Will definitely be calling him out in the future for more jobs if needed.

We have used Leak Detection 24/7 on many occasions now to pin point leaks and we are very impressed with his customer service skills and the knowledge to find leaks. We have used specialist companies before but Moe just goes above and beyond to find leaks working into the evening if he has to. Im a domestic heating engineer and Moe is just the person I need to pin point my water leaks for my customers as supposed to other companies charging me by the hour and end up staying the whole day. We used to use specialist leak detection but after we go scammed by Joe trying to cancel an appointment and taking our money, we started using leak detection 24/7 who always take payment upon completion of every job so we are safe.
