A very professional service. The installers worked quickly and diligently but cheerfully addressed any queries I made as the work progressed. On completion, they fully explained what had been done and made certain I understood the work and how to use (and maintain) the product. They even drew my attention to a tiny scratch (about 1 mm long, if that) on the door and arranged for a touch up paint kit to be sent to me. A very good service all round and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Todd called in the day after I called with a replacement remote which he then paired for me FOC whilst (politely & patiently) explaining how I could do this in future, if required. After pushing our luck with the motor going on our old door, it was time for a new one, we wanted a local company and these guys have not disappointed.
A pleasure to deal with, only a few weeks from coming out to quote to having it fitted today.

This company were so helpful and the aftercare is fantastic. I had a problem with the garage door due to wind damage, and they came out several times and ended up giving me an entirely new and very sturdy door free of charge because they felt that was the best solution. Really helpful and went above and beyond.

Bristol Garage Door Company installed my door about 12 years ago and it developed its first fault a couple of weeks ago. It was necessary to replace the wall mounted control box which had failed. BGD quickly supplied and fitted a current replacement at reasonable cost. Very neat and tidy and would highly recommend.
