Nick is a founding partner of Precision Group. Nick assumes the role of Operations Director, focusing on daily Operations. Nick still likes to get his hands dirty and can be found on site more often than not, driving the team and setting the standard.
Nick has built houses for over 35+ years running his own company, before partnering up with Ben. Nick has a vast array of knowledge across all sectors, providing daily support for anyone that needs it.

Ben Thurston
Founder & Director
Ben is a founding partner of Precision Group. Ben assumes the roles of Managing Director, focusing on operations and finance amongst many other daily activities. Ben is an established entrepreneur and has a drive and ambition for greatness, this is felt by anyone who meets him.
Ben has been in the industry for 20+ years starting out as a plasterer before progressing on to damp proofing, Ben started with Precision Damp Proofing.

Steve Hemmings
Project Manager
Steve joined Precision Group in 2021. Steve assumes the role of Senior Project Manager, focusing on overseeing all aspects of our projects. This entails managing contracts, labour, programming and cashflow amongst other daily tasks.
Steve has been in the industry 20+ years, working alongside the local councils, predominantly as a multi-trade carrying out responsive maintenance before naturally progressing into Management, becoming a supervisor, attending University and working his way up from the bottom.
