Jon was replacing a radiator, fixing a small leak and servicing our boiler and then serviced my mums boiler immediately afterwards. He provided an excellent and efficient service. We have been using J Howden Plumbing for over 20 years and during that time we have had new bathroom fitted, regular gas boiler serving and fixing of leaks or advice regarding any of the above. Jon has alway responded to our calls very quickly, including one time when our insurance plumber did not identify a problem from a bathroom leak causing serious damage to the kitchen area - Jon was there to help and sort out even on a Sunday morning. We have alway found Jon work extremely professional and he is not afraid to suggest alternatives that could save us money.
