I contacted Mus and described the issue I had with the frost protection on the boiler and I found him to be very honest in his assessment of the faults and informed me of my options. When he installed the new boiler he pointed out issues that should've been identified by the British Gas service engineers who had looked at it for the past 5 years and given the boiler a clean bill of health. When I explained about different symptoms, he told me the reasons why. Very helpful and I'd highly recommend him.

Friendly, honest, trustworthy, good communication and well priced. What more could you ask for! Muslim serviced my boiler and replaced a radiator with his son and they provided an excellent service.
They spotted that the new radiator was damaged upon unpacking and returned on another day to fit when a replacement arrived.
Muslim talked through the current boiler and pipework set-up in my house providing an honest appraisal to my questions on whether we should be updating everything now. He did not upsell and recommended everything be left as we could get years from the current set-up without any issues from his evaluation.
I would not hesitate to recommend Muslim and son to anyone. Keep up the good work Muslim

Our boiler stopped working just before the weekend. We reached out to Paisley Boiler Installations late on Friday and they were super quick to respond. Our gas engineer, Mus, was very helpful despite the late call and he was also refreshingly honest and upfront about the costs involved and the fact that our boiler is still likely under guarantee. I had Mus come around to take a look at the boiler the following Saturday. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and he did uncover some issues which he promptly fixed. He also let me know that there is a chance that despite the fix, some components of the boiler might already be beyond repair. In the end, the boiler did require replacing but I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service from Mus and Paisley Boiler Installations. I would certainly use them in the future as well.

Phoned Mus on the Saturday with a boiler failure, promptly arrived the next morning to confirm my thoughts that the boiler was beyond repair. Replacement boiler installed and running by the Monday afternoon!! Outstanding service I also have to add he drove to Edinburgh to pick the boiler up as its a high output unit and none were available local!! Also replaced boiler for me in rental property last year and the service was fantastic then too.

Phoned for advice on a pilot light that wouldn't. PHONE WAS ANSWERED! Got talked through every possible permutation by the very patient Mus. Eventually I accepted what I already knew - a replacement boiler was required.
My own commitments meant a few days delay, but he and Abbas turned up promptly and in good humour. A humour that stayed buoyant despite all the setbacks my system threw their way. I was kept updated, but always with optimism.
Delighted with the end result, delighted to recommend.

I contacted Muslim late on Wednesday afternoon after finding a leak at my boiler. He came over at 6 pm after finishing a job elsewhere and gave me a clear rundown on the problem. Long story short, we opted to have a new boiler fitted. Muslim and his son ordered the new boiler and booked us in for the Friday. He apologised that I'd have to wait a day!! Boiler fitted as planned and all new instructions fully explained. He provided a new filter and thermostat control free of charge. Registered us with the boiler manufacturer to activate a 10 year warranty and checked all radiators were working and everything in order before leaving. Excellent company to deal with, very responsive, great communication and extremely reasonable. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Given the covid-19 situation we all find ourselves in we were worried when we had to call out an engineer for a leak in our boiler. Muslim came out and was nothing but professional from start to finish. The problem with our boiler had been there a while and was covered up by the previous residents. The leak had eroded through an electrical wire and had caused damage to an already ageing part. It was looking like we needed a new boiler, Muslim said he would go away, make some calls and get back to us over the weekend or within the week. We received a call the next day saying he could come around and have a look. Not only did he quickly come around he managed to fix the existing problem which saved us a small fortune. He practically gave the boiler a service at the same time.
Can't recommend enough and will use for all future boiler work in this property and others.

I was very impressed with this company. I got three quotations and this was the most comprehensive and honest. I had my entire boiler replaced. Muslim (the engineer) was respectful of my time, budget and home. In one day, we have powerful hot showers, a warmer house and less energy costs. I could not recommend these engineers more.

Woke up to water pouring out my boiler. These guys were at my house within an hour of calling and gave me a very good price for replacing my old boiler. They were then able to come out the following day to complete the job. The job was completed that day to a high standard. I am now a week since the job has been completed and so far the new boiler has been running like a dream. Will defo use these guys for any future issues or services for my boiler. Would recommend.
