I needed a valuation of the goods contained in my Uncles bungalow, after his passing, for probate purposes.
The contact number was supplied by our solicitor and arrangements were made, and an appointment the next week - just before Christmas.
Jeff arrived, a bit late, but he did inform of the fact. He explained what he needed to do and the process etc.
The next day I received the report.
Very thorough and efficient service.

Jeff Avery and his men came at short notice when it became necessary to quickly clear 50 years worth of car parts, old electrical equipment, cables and a lot of general rubbish collected by my late brother in a multiplicity of garages and sheds, and across the garden. They were friendly, good-humoured, even when encountering unexpected problems, very efficient and all done for a good price. I had originally used Jeff for the valuation for probate after my brother died, and the solicitor was very impressed by their report. Highly recommended. Jeffrey and his team did a first class clearance of a three-bedroom house following the death of my wifes cousin, a single gentleman and electrical engineer who never threw anything away, and whose parents bought the house when it was built in the 1930s.
The pleasant Averys team cleared the house, and two full sheds efficiently and professionally in every respect. It was left in tidy, excellent shape ready to be sold. Much to my surprise, the process was completed in a day and a bit. A great performance in times when good service can be extremely hard to find. It would have taken us months.
The work was priced very reasonably and was worth every penny.

Jeff is reliable, extremely knowledgeable and personable. I know when instructing Jeff to assist me with probate valuations for my clients and when I'm acting as an Executor to an estate, he will not let me down which is very important. Unlike other companies Jeff and his team go the extra mile. Jeff also works closely with a Property Company (The Corp Prop Group) that can provide probate valuations for the HMRC and between Jeff and the other company - you feel very looked after.
