I have used this company twice within the past couple of months, for two separate properties. I am a first time buyer. I was recommended this company from my sister. I am happy with the outcome of both surveys, and found them to be very thorough, well written, professional and helpful. The initial survey assisted with deciding to pull out of the sale for the first property, as it had several issues, mostly with the roofing, which would have been too costly, so thank you. They are extremely easy to use, quick at responding to any queries via email or telephone & promptly completed both surveys, with reports written up & sent to myself via pdf within one week. I requested a level 2 survey on both properties and the cost of this was very fair and relatively cheap, compared to other companies. The second property, they kindly provided me with 10% off the cost. I found each staff member to be very informative, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to others and if I require a survey in the future, I would utilise their services again. Thanks for all your help.

This was a great service, Marcel was really helpful to explain the process and their rates, super easy to get a hold of and they have a simple online portal. Survey was booked in very quickly, received the report 2 days later, very thorough and understandable, pictures included. Queries were answered straight away and surveyor even went through the major bits of the report over the phone. Would highly recommend :)

Happy with the survey and especially with Jasmine who carried out the survey she was amazing and explained all that she could with regards to what we should expect to have to do to our new house. Shame about them wanting 15 AFTER they emailed the report, this should be spoken about prior to accepting the job. It didnt occur to us that having spent so much on a survey that anyone would think that we could read 84 pages on a mobile phone. We cant be the only people that would want something so important on paper. However after a bit of toing and froing, you redeemed yourselves by posting out the report as we requested. Also if managers say they will call back, do so as we had to do the chasing. Thank you!!

We have had our survey completed by Phoebe. I just wanted to send some praise. She called ahead of our survey and asked what we wanted to focus on and I explained how anxious I am after our house previously had an awful survey and botched DIY so we had to pull out. Phoebe called this afternoon and spent about 20 minutes going through the survey to put my mind at ease ahead of the report coming back.

I used House Smartn when purchasing a property. I went for the Level 2 survey. I was put in touch with one of their surveyors who called me and explained what was involved in that level of survey. He carried out the survey when specified and the report was on my portal within a few days. The whole process was painless and efficient once I had paid and signed the terms and conditions.

Worked fine for us. A level 2 on a bungalow. Whilst we had to wait a week or two for the survey to be scheduled, once completed we had a comprehensive report in 2 days. Report itself was detailed enough for us to make our own evaluation.

I used this company for a help to buy valuation after a recommendation from a friend. The price was very competitive and the survey completed promptly with the report received the same day. Instructed house smart survey to carry out a survey on my property. The admin team were very helpful kind and great to deal with. They got the job booked in within 24 hours and a surveyor was sent out to the property in three days. The surveyor sent the report 48 hours after the survey and give us a call before and after the survey keeping us in the loop throughout the process answering questions in a timely manner to help the process flow easier. Would highly recommend house smart.

Everything was done very well and very quickly, we were informed at every step. They got in touch the same day we asked for a quote and after we accepted they booked the survey in with the vendor for only a weeks time. It was completed on a Friday and we had a full level 2 report typed up and sent over by Monday morning. Could not fault the service provided.

Everyone I worked with at House Smart was efficeint, knowledgable, and helpful. I did come across them intially through a semi-cold call. I input my information into a search, and a bunch of different places got my number, and then Sameer called me. This can be a tricky interaction but I am so glad he called! He was incredibly helpful and not at all pushy, really listened, and quoted a fair price.
I then had a quick turn around on the survey itself, which was so useful, and then a follow up call with Rob, who was again really helpful. Can't fault them, would use again for another house purchase and would recommend to family and friends.

A very positive experience! We enquired about a survey with a very kind gentleman, Simon, who had looked at the house online and had done some research before the call. This gave the phone call a more personal touch. We booked the survey towards the end of January and it was completed by the middle of February. We then received the report the day after, which was very detailed and included lots of photos! Very, very happy with the services and definitely would recommend.
