Simon really does know his stuff and it was such a relief to find a professional who didnt rip me off. We had problems with our chimney breast. It had all damp patches on the plaster. He sorted it in no time and was so clean!

I had a damp survey done by Simon and he was very professional. Budget constraints stopped us from engaging with them actually doing the work, but my point is that after getting quotes and advice from two other companies one which the survey cost nothing and thats Excatly what the advice was worth. The other company was more or less on the same wave length as Simon. Which enables me to say i would not of had any doubts about Alldry doing the work. It proved to me that Simon is very knowledgeable and i like the fact that he is engaging in new and better ways and new techniques to solve damp issues for his customers .

There were several issues relating to our damp property such that we were considering selling in auction as they seemed too overwhelming and we didnt have a full understanding. Simon completed a survey which gave us a much better picture of the range and complexity of the damp problems.He was able to provide a list of the actions needed to rectify the situation and he was confident in stating that the treatments would be successful. This gave us the belief that we could move forward. The work involving fitting fans, new vents, joists and damp treatments in several rooms has transformed the house. It feels like the property is breathing - it is fresher and warmer and gives us with the incentive now to complete renovations which would have been impossible prior to Simons intervention. He gave us confidence that he had a complete understanding of the issues and how to fix things. The work was good value for money, it was completed on time, there was minimum mess, and the finished plastering is excellent.Simon ably assisted by Nixon have a professional approach that I would recommend highly if you are experiencing damp in your property.

Simon provided an excellent service. He attended to carry out the works each day at the time he specified. He and his team took great care to protect the house with protective boards and sheeting, and the dust was minimal. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars for the work and service received.

My experience with Simon was top quality from start to finish. He assessed the house by carefully considering the stages of its life. I've never seen a tradesman think so carefully before actually beginning the work, and that gives me all the confidence I need to trust the work will be lasting. In our case, we did not have rising or penetrating damp - rather we had cold spots created by a cold wall and other elements, such as irrelevant vents, that were creating air tunnels. With the installation of insulated plaster and low carbon ventilation, the house now feels drier, warmer, and more long-lasting. His communication is faultless, his team was really respectful, and the result is felt already... This guy really really knows his stuff! So definitely use him if you're stuck in a house with damp. There's light at the end of the tunnel!!

We needed some work doing on damp on an external wall, Simon came out assessed what the problem was, explained what was causing it and what the solution was to resolve it.
The work was carried out quickly and very efficiently and the standard of work could not be bettered. At the end off work being done you always want workmen to clear up, well not only was the floor swept but all the sills etc that had accumulated dust and dirt were wiped down, a proper job!
A very professional, pleasant , mannerly firm to have in your house, I would recommend to anyone, thank you.
