The people at Timber Windows Direct were very helpful and amended my window sizes when I got them wrong and also amended the design.
They had my widows delivered on time to my address and the were in perfect condition, the delivery driver was also very helpful.
Windows are top quality and I cannot speak highly of this company.

We recently took delivery of 19 sash windows recently, of varying sizes for our Victorian redbrick country lodge. From the outset this process has been an excellent experience. From the initial consultation, the helpful guidance, the clarity of pricing and the first class windows themselves. Communication with Nina has been exemplary: friendly, prompt and immediate.
We shopped around a good deal before deciding on this company and the pricing and quality make it a no-brainer. The house looks an absolute picture! 10/10.

We needed some like-for-like Victorian sash windows made with double glazed glass rather than single glazed and came across Timber Windows Direct in our search. I was a little reluctant at first as the price seemed too good to be true, but I was delighted to be proved wrong. The windows look stunning, came ready painted and were really simple for our builder to fit.
