Brilliant service from beginning to end. Called JD Drainage today at 1221hrs spoke to and explained the issue to the young lady who was extremely helpful and arranged a site visit. The engineer, Jack was on site within half an hour. He explained the process and approximate cost. The cleaning process was completed mess free and within the quoted timeframe. He was extremely efficient and courteous throughout, a credit to the company. Thank you Jack.

Top class from start to finish. Called at 7.30 this morning, no answer but was called back within minutes. Everything was explained price wise over the phone, and they were able to get someone to me within 1 hour. Everything is now fully working, no mess left outside, for something that I thought was going to be stressful to sort, it was completely stress free. Would highly recommend.
