Thermopest came out to do a bed bug heat treatment, I was told it would get rid of the problem in one visit. However a few days after the treatment we noticed live bed bugs. I called Gavin and he was able to send back another set of technicians to complete a second treatment. Since then we have been bed bug free, I will give 5 star since dealing with Gavin helped the process to go well.

we ended up needing bed bug heat treatment in london after bringing some home from a hotel stay. luckily we spotted it pretty quick, so it wasnt a full on infestation. the guys came round, checked it out and said it only needed a spray which sorted it fast.

"I honestly couldnt recommend ThermoPest Bed Bug Treatments London more highly. I was gutted when I found bed bugs in my daughters room after she came back from uni. It was proper stressful, especially with her exams coming up. We had brought back bed bugs in our home after being on holiday and tried other pest control companies to get rid of the issue, which failed. I do think ThermoPest could offer a bit more in terms of aftercare, such as a follow-up inspection as standard. That said, the service itself was top-notch, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with this nightmare of a problem.
