Towards the end of last year, I had to have rendering repaired on the side wall of the house. This was done very badly by another Company and Mogfords then came to my rescue by being able to rectify the work extremely well indeed. It was all managed very efficiently and the teams doing the work were all very pleasant and helpful.

Ive used Mogfords for over a decade for various property maintenance at a property I originally lived in but now manage from Australia. Mogfords have just completed a job for me replacing a flat felted roof with a pitched and tiled roof with two veluxes.Very pleased with the end result.The work was undertaken skilfully and with great care by Mogfords team.They explained daily what they planned to do and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend Mogford Prescott having recently completed extensive and difficult renovation works on our 30's house in Stoke Bishop. Complicated new roof, rendering, drainage, painting, etc. Matt and team were prompt, hard working, considerate and highly skilled. The final product is about perfect.

Work done was well done and reasonably priced, but failed to sort out our problem, which was rectified by employing another company. (They replaced a thermostat that we believe wasn't faulty, but failed to spot a faulty sensor that was the problem)
But main problem is the late invoicing - the bill was sent almost a year late - Seems to be common theme with this company now looking at past reviews.

Extremely happy with the building work just completed. Although Mogford Prescott's quote was very competitive, the work was all completed to a really high standard. The builders on site were always very friendly, helpful and courteous and Matt Prescott himself always made himself available to deal issues promptly as they arose. We will definitely be repeat customers.
