My Aunt needed a new wall heater fitted mid-February & I live some 3hrs away. I sourced a heater online and arranged to have it delivered to her address. I then put out a call for someone to fit it and M J WALLACE responded within 30 mins. I needed the job doing on a set day and within set hours on that day but this was no problem for Mike & his team. The job was completed quickly & effectively - no issues whatsoever. Great communication & timely responses to all my queries. In summary... top class service from a top class company. Mike and his team have been brilliant throughout the whole process of installing our solar system and batteries as well as new trip board, lighting and sockets and a new feed over to our workshop. Mike and the team have been a joy to have at our property and the work they have carried out is top notch. Mike and his team fitted solar panels for us 12 months ago. The project went extremely smoothly and we are delighted we went ahead. Recently, we changed our wi-fi hub but had problems connecting to the inverter. I emailed Mike with details of our query, and in a matter of minutes he emailed back with a step by step guide and video, which enabled us to resolve our problem.
Mikes service and efficiency was 10/10 at the time our panels were fitted and his after sales service is in the same league.
