Services
We provide professional commercial electrical services for offices, retail premises, industrial units and other business environments. Our work includes EICRs, fixed wire testing, emergency lighting, PAT testing, fault finding, new circuits, fit-outs and electrical maintenance. We also support facilities management companies, landlords and property managers with planned and reactive electrical requirements. 
Our landlord electrical service is designed to support rental property compliance through EICR inspections, EET Testing, consumer unit upgrades and necessary remedial works. We also manage electrical property requirements and provide full certification as a NAPIT-accredited contractor. Where an EICR identifies issues, we undertake the required repairs, re-test affected circuits and issue updated certification as part of one process. 
For domestic properties, we provide electrical services covering repairs, improvements, inspections and new installations. Our team can complete rewiring projects, modernise consumer units, investigate electrical faults, carry out EICRs and install lighting, sockets, switches, security lighting and EV chargers. We additionally provide kitchen, bathroom and smart home electrical work, with installations undertaken to current BS 7671 wiring regulations. 
We provide consumer unit and fuse board replacements for homeowners, landlords and businesses. Modern installations use circuit breakers, RCDs and individual RCBO protection, alongside surge protection for appliances and electronics. Before and after installation, we test all circuits thoroughly. Most standard domestic upgrades take four to six hours, including certification. 
We undertake house rewiring when an electrical installation requires modernisation or fails to meet current standards. Properties with ageing wiring, outdated fuse boxes, round-pin sockets, recurring faults or unsatisfactory EICR results may need further investigation. Depending on the condition, we can carry out either a full or partial rewire. Our approach is straightforward, with the required work and cost confirmed before commencement. 
We offer professional diagnosis and repair for a wide range of electrical faults, including outdoor and garden circuit problems caused by water ingress, cable damage or corrosion. Our investigations begin with inspection and proceed through suitable electrical testing to locate the fault accurately. Repairs are then completed and the circuit retested to confirm that it is functioning properly. 
We install outdoor and security lighting for gardens, patios, driveways and pathways, including PIR-activated fittings. Every installation is wired safely to current regulations and designed to improve outdoor use after dark. Our work can be completed independently or alongside renovation and landscaping projects. We also provide dedicated security lighting to help deter opportunist break-ins.

At 6.15pm on Saturday, I realised I had lost power in my ring main. I went onto my Check- a-trade app and rang several electricians to see if they did emergency call-outs. The first 4 went to message but Mark took the call, agreed to come out and arrived only 30 minutes after my call at 6.30pm having driven from Horley to Haywards Heath. He quickly identified the area of the fault and established it was our washing machine which, whilst plugged in, was not being used. After removing the plug from the socket, power was restored. First rate service all round and highly recommended.
